You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to luckyplay.ph support. Upon closure, any remaining balance net of any applicable bonus restrictions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
